Grab a friend and head for dumplings at Drunken Dumpling in East Village. Every voucher is valid for a dumpling feast with drinks for two people. You each get to pick 6 pieces of either the pork soup dumplings or the crab soup dumplings served in pork broth. On top of that, you each choose 6 pieces of the pot stickers or 3 pieces of the different buns from the menu. Taste pot stickers with pork and bell peppers or go for the chicken one with cashews. Enjoy beef pot stickers with green peppers or try the organic veggie with tofu. Opt for pot stickers with shrimp and wood ear mushrooms or with bacon and orange slice. Dreaming about dumplings just like the ones he had in his childhood, Yuan Lee came up with the idea behind Drunken Dumpling. And what better than having his own mother take on the role as executive chef? Her dumpling skills were already recognized within the family as well as in restaurant circles and soon, a successful mother-and-son partnership was born.

With the goal of serving NYC with Chinese authenticity, every single dumpling is handmade just behind the counter in the small restaurant space. The recipes have been in the family for generations. The produce comes from local, organic farms, and the dumpling master, Qihui Guan, pays attention to all details ensuring an outcome that matches their family standards.
